FM-6110

This type is specialized in inorganic leather.It's with high effciency, good transparency, easy dispersion and no effect to paint film.
Application specification
1.FM-6110 matting agent particle surface is vithout organic matter cladding.
2.Matting agent is easily disperse into any leather coatings with a high speed agitator.It takes 15 to 2Omin to disperse well by impeller with 5m/s tip speed- Hegman fineness is 15-25um.
3.Generally speaking, for the new generation.of matting agent, the particle can't he destroyed by excess grinding in the process of dispersion.But if using the ball grinder or triple-reller mi11 to disperse with long time,it may possibly reduce the extinction effect and increase the viscosity.
4.Generally speaking, the particle size of matting agent is less than 5μm, and also be a porous matter.So it sinks very slowly in the leather dope.When the paint film is dry, there is still much stay on the surface, it will form slight buckles. And it makes the incident light to be diffused light, the glossiness will be reduced.But it will not influenca the surface planarization and the hand feeling for appearance of paint film. Using th matting agent will make the paint film get better fullness, marresistance, grinding resistance, sedimentation resistance.
Application arrange: FM-6110 is specialized in extinction for leather, such as PVC,PU etc.As its special production technics, it especially applies to all the leather which is difficult for extinction. And using FM-6110 can get excellent chemical resistance.
